This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the www.find-myparts.com website and aims to protect the rights of both buyers and sellers.

- Seller’s Responsibility: Each seller selling on our platform is responsible for the return and refund processes of their own products. www.find-myparts.com may mediate between sellers and buyers, but the final decision is the seller’s responsibility.
- find-myparts.com’s Role: www.find-myparts.com is responsible for ensuring that return and refund processes are carried out fairly and transparently for sales made through the platform by seller/vendor.
- Communication: All communication regarding return and refund requests should be made through www.find-myparts.com customer service (admin@find-myparts.com) or directly with the relevant seller.
2. Return Conditions:
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the relevant articles of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
- Products That Can Be Returned: Products that can be returned under the right of withdrawal must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Products That Cannot Be Returned: Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., personalized products, hygienic products, perishable products, used products (secondhand, remanufactured) etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The return conditions for these products must be stated in the product description.
- Defective Products: If the product is defective (faulty), the buyer has the rights specified in Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. In this case, the buyer can return the product, request its repair, request the product to be replaced with a new one, or request a price reduction. The period for returning defective products is determined by legal regulations (usually 2 years).
- Damaged Products: Products damaged during shipping must be returned with a record taken during delivery. The return of damaged products without a record may not be accepted.
- Incorrect Product: If a product different from the one ordered is sent, the buyer can return the product.
3. Return Process:
- Return Request: A return request must be created through the www.find-myparts.com website or by contacting customer service (admin@find-myparts.com).
- Stating the Reason for Return: The reason for the return must be clearly stated in the return request (e.g., right of withdrawal, defective product, damaged product, incorrect product).
- Seller’s Approval: The return request is evaluated by the relevant seller/vendor and approved if found appropriate.
- Returning the Product: After receiving return approval, the product must be sent to the address specified by the seller, in its original packaging and with all accessories. The return shipping fee may belong to the buyer or the seller, depending on the reason for the return.
- Product Inspection: The returned product is inspected by the seller/vendor. If the product complies with the return conditions, the refund process is initiated.
4. Refund:
- Refund Method: The refund will be made using the payment method used during the purchase (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Refund Timeframe: The refund period is completed within 14 days after the seller approves the return. Due to the processing times of banks, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in the account.
- Shipping Fee: In returns made using the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. In the case of sending defective, damaged, or incorrect products, the shipping fee belongs to the seller/vendor.
- Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund (price reduction) may be offered instead of a full refund. This is determined by mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller/vendor.
5. Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of any dispute regarding return and refund processes, www.find-myparts.com customer service (admin@find-myparts.com) should be contacted first.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved, buyers can apply to Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts.
6. Other Matters:
- Find-MyParts.com reserves the right to change this Return and Refund Policy without prior notice.
- This policy is valid from the date of publication on the www.find-myparts.com website.
- This Return and Refund Policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
